Permission is granted to use LeadLink CRM for your business purposes. Under this license you may not:

  • Modify or copy the software
  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code
  • Remove any copyright or proprietary notations

3. Account Terms

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account and password
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Ensuring all users in your tenant comply with these terms
  • Providing accurate and complete information

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with your subscription
  • Automatic renewal unless cancelled
  • No refunds for partial billing periods
  • Price changes with 30 days notice

5. Data and Privacy

You retain all rights to your data. We will not access, use, or disclose your data except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

6. Service Availability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the service at any time. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the service will be suspended
  • You may export your data for 30 days after termination
  • All outstanding fees remain due

8. Limitation of Liability

LeadLink CRM is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
